よし
今年も頑張ります！

さてさて、
この画像の刺繍は
昨年の刺繍です。

シルバーのビーズで
刺繍しました。
特に難しい刺繍ではないけれど
一つお伝えするならば
フリンジもリュネビル刺繍で
仕上げてます。

マントゥーズ刺繍でもいいのですが
これは要領良く作業できるので
リュネビル技法で仕上げることに。

ビーズはチタンやメッキのビーズを使用。
チタンのビーズは高価ですが
経年劣化もなく
とても綺麗ですよね。

みんなさまも
いろんな刺繍に挑戦してくださいね。

is from last year.

I embroidered it with silver beads.
It's not particularly difficult to embroider, 
but I have to tell you that the fringe is 
also done in Luneville embroidery.

I could have used mantouze embroidery,
 but I decided to use the Luneville technique
 because it is easier to work with.

Beads are made of titanium or plated beads.
Titanium beads are expensive, 
but they do not deteriorate over 
time and are very beautiful.

泡、水面のような刺繍…

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

水面のようなオリジナル加工された
とあるオーガンジー。

そこに刺繍を…との相談。

さてさてどうしましょう。
イメージはごくごく簡単なような…
見ての通り泡？水面？

このイメージを崩さないよう
軽やかなビーズ刺繍を
チラチラっと入れました。

難しいのはこの布地。
クシュクシュっと萎んだオーガンジー。

引っ張ればこのクシュクシュが広がって
平なオーガンジーになってしまいます。

しかしこれをマントゥーズ刺繍で
ビーズを１粒１粒付けていたら大変。

リュネビル刺繍では木枠に張らないとできないし
でも木枠に張ればクシュクシュが無くなってしまうし
丸い木枠は跡が付くし
でも最終的には色々と考えて
木枠にきちんと張ってリュネビル刺繍で
ビーズをサクッと付けれました。

仕上がりチェック時の画像です）

リュネビル技法でビーズ刺繍が早く仕上がったので
これで少しは価格が下がったかな…。

透明のビーズだけ？
いえいえ
よーく見るとビーズは４種類使ってます。

これはレンミッコの勝手なこだわり。
このお客様(デザイナー)の感覚、イメージは
突出した繊細な感覚を持ってたので
そこに応えたくて…。

綺麗で面白く繊細な刺繍ができました。

But if you put it on a wooden frame, 
it would be flat...
And a round wooden frame would leave marks...
But in the end, 
I was able to put the beads on the wooden
 frame properly and attach them quickly 
using the Luneville embroidery technique.

I finished the bead embroidery quickly using 
the luneville technique, 
so I guess this brought the price down a bit...
Only transparent beads?
No, no, 
If you look closely, you can see that 
we used four different types of beads.
This is Lemmicko's own personal preference.
This customer's (designer's) sense and
 image had a prominent and delicate sense, 
and we wanted to respond to that....

The result is a beautiful, 
interesting and delicate embroidery.

襟にピンクのビーズで刺繍…

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

あれから…
ちょとしたところに変更があり
修正することに。

一番上の画像が納品した刺繍。
その下が修正版。

ちょっとした違いですが
確かに色味がグッと変わってます。
内側に透明ビーズが刺繍されてましたが
修正版は糸の刺繍に…。

透明のビーズは遠くから見ると
白っぽく見えるのです。

その白っぽく見えるのが
今回のポイントでした。

確かにそうですよね。

そこで、
修正版はカッパー（ピンク系）の
色味の糸のみにして
クリスタルガラスの色味に合わせました。

放射状に伸びた糸だけでも
綺麗に変化してました！

鎌倉別館にて
沖潤子さんの展示会
『さらけでるもの』
を見に行きました。

今更レンミッコが
沖さんの作品を見ての
chitchatを書いたところで
何も伝わらないので
今回は写真だけ…。

沖さんの針目にあらわすもの…
『…』

レンミッコのアトリエでは
沖さんの作品集は
全て持ってるほどの
大ファンです。

皆様も是非見てください…。

that Renmikko has written
about the chitchat of Oki's works,

I'm such a big fan that I have all of them.
We are such a big fan of his work
that we have all of his books.

インドの刺繍みたいに…

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

前回のchitchatの続き…の前に、
量産で仕上げた別の刺繍のご紹介。

依頼があったのは1年半前…。
その時はまだサンプルの段階で
量産になるかは不明の状態。

まずは、とりあえずサンプルを刺繍する事に。
ここでの注意点は
作り込み過ぎないこと⁉︎

レンミッコでは常に〝先々〟を考えながら
業務を遂行します。

ではこの時点で何を考えるか。
それは量産になった時の刺繍を考えます。

〝作り込み過ぎない〟とは
サンプルだけを丁寧に作る事ではない…
という意味です。
量産の刺繍は
料金、納期、仕上がり
の３点がテーマ課題となります。

〝作り込み過ぎると…〟
当然綺麗に仕上がります。
そして〝必要以上〟に
ステッチの数が増えます。
すると時間が掛かります。
つまり、納期が伸び、
料金も増えるという結果に。

刺繍のサンプルはこれらを頭に入れながら
仕上げるのです。
そうしないとお客さんだって
サンプルと製品の刺繍が
それぞれ違うと戸惑いますよね。

今回はインドの刺繍のような
手作り感を出したい…とのこと。
いつも図案通りに刺繍しているので
時折あるニュアンスの刺繍は
最初難しいものです。

メタル素材のコイルは均等に切っても
絶対に同じ寸法では揃えられません。
スパンコールや
ナチュラル素材の猫目型の貝や石、
これらの素材でも１つ１つ
違った顔をしてます。

これら異なる刺繍の柄を約8,000個分を
ジレ、ボレロ、コートに刺繍。

縮絨された厚手の布に
細かな刺繍は大変でしたが、
可愛いクチュール服の出来上がりです。

that we only carefully embroider samples.
The three issues for mass production
embroidery are price, delivery time, and finish.

Too much work" will naturally result
in a beautiful finish.
If you make too many stitches,
the result will be beautiful,
but if you make more stitches
than necessary,
it will take more time.
This takes time.
In other words, 
the delivery time will increase
and the price will also increase.

Embroidery samples should
be finished while keeping these things in mind.
Otherwise, customers would be confused
if the sample and the finished embroidery
are different from each other.

About 8,000 pieces of these different
embroidery pattern are embroidered
on gilets, boleros, and coats.

The detailed embroidery on the thick,
shrunken cloth was difficult,
but the result is a lovely couture garment.
