昨年、白い布が到着…。

さてさて何だ？

中に入っている手紙を読むと…
この布地にキルティングのような刺繍をして下さい…と
書かれてました。

半分縫製された服のパーツ。
身頃と袖。

なるほど、中綿が入った布地を
ビーズや他の素材でとめれば
キルティングのようになるな〜。

で、レンミッコが考えた今回の仕様は、
ビーズの下にオーガンジーで作った花びらを下に置き
キルティングになるように刺繍しました。

思った以上にキルティングの効果が出ました！

マントゥーズ刺繍なので少し時間がかかりましたが
無事納品。

時間がない中、
アイデアで勝負の世界。

出来上がったブルゾンは
フェミニンでシンプルな作品に仕上がりました。

So, Renmikko came up with this time's specifications: 
petals made of organdie were placed underneath
 the beads and embroidered to become quilting.
e of the mantouze embroidery,
 but it was delivered successfully.
In a world where time is short, 
we had to play with ideas.

The finished blouson is 
a feminine and simple piece.

ビーズ刺繍…って感じの刺繍。

まずはリュネビル刺繍で出来るところを刺し
次はマントゥーズ刺繍で装飾を施す。

これはいつもの順番ですね。

今回の刺繍は？
衣装に刺繍です。
昨年の7月頃の納品分の画像ですが
作製後直ぐにブログは載せれないので
このタイミングでお知らせです。

こちらも納期がないので
刺繍には何本もの指と感性が必要でした。

図案（２枚目画像の手前）は必要なので
５年前の資料を引っ張り出しての作業。
そうですこの刺繍は３回目の刺繍です。
当然ですが、
５年前と全く同じ素材、柄、分量なのです。
（※柄は提供で、
レンミッコのオリジナルではございません）

納品するたび少しづつ変化してはなりません。
この作品は〝同じもの〟を求められているので…。

ミユキのクウォータービーズ(QTL)で刺繍

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

ベージュ色のビーズ。
これはミユキビーズの
クウォーターティラビーズ(QTL)と
ハーフティラビーズ(HTL)。

たった２種類のビーズで
オリジナルの布の花柄に刺繍。

少しコツコツしたイメージで…
そして光があまり派手にならないように…
とのイメージだったので
これら２種類のビーズで刺繍をしました。

サンプルの画像はありませんが
まずはサンプルを４型作り
その中から１点選出。

それがこれら画像の刺繍です。

この刺繍ではほとんどがマントゥーズ技法で
５割刺繍されてますが、
リュネビル技法で刺繍できる所は
最初に刺繍してしまします。

リュネビル技法の刺繍箇所は
直ぐにビーズが縫い付けられますが、
マントゥーズ技法の刺繍箇所は
その３倍時間がかかってしまいます。

なぜなら…
１つのビーズに穴が２穴もあるからです。
その２穴を縫い止めなければいけない
という訳ではないのですが、
かなりの手間をかけて刺繍しました。

ビーズの縫い止め方で
全く違った雰囲気の刺繍が出来上がります。

素材で遊んでくださいね。

Beige beads.
These are Miyuki Beads' Quarter Tila Beads (QTL) 
and Half Tila Beads (HTL).

With only two types of beads, 
embroidered on an original fabric flower pattern.

A bit of a knick knack image...
And the light should not be too flashy...
So I embroidered with these two types of beads.

I don't have a picture of the sample.
But first, I made 4 samples.
and selected one out of them.

That is the embroidery shown in these images.

The Luneville technique takes only a short time to complete, 
but the Mantouze technique takes only a few hours,
but it takes three times longer to embroider 
with the Mantouz technique.

This is because...
Because each bead has two holes.
It does not mean that you have to sew those two holes 
But it's not that you have to sew those two holes, 
I took a lot of time and effort to embroider it.

The way the beads are sewn on 
and off the embroidery will have a completely 
different atmosphere.

キルティングにゴールドの刺繍

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

このゴールドの刺繍は
昨年仕上げた作品。

見ての通り
キルティング加工された合皮の交点に
ゴールドのビーズ刺繍をした画像です。

全ての交点に１種類のビーズを入れればＯＫ…
という訳ではなく、
図案を見ながら指示された素材を
きちんと縫い付けます。

実は２種の素材でグラデーションになっているんです。

また、ただシンプルな刺繍ですが、
とにかく時間を要する刺繍でした。

交点は約2050点。
数字だけならなんとなくできるかな〜
と思ったら大間違え！

１点に３分だとしても
１０２時間掛かる計算…。

そんな刺繍でも間違えることは多々あるので
この時間にプラスアルファー。

昨年に溜まっていた刺繍があるので
次回もアップしますね。

もちろん新年早々、
新しい依頼作品も進行中です。

This gold embroidery is a piece I finished last year.

As you can see, the image shows gold bead
 embroidery on the intersections of quilted synthetic leather.

It is not OK to put one type of beads in
all the intersections, but to properly sew the
 indicated material by looking at the pattern.
 
In fact, two different materials are used
 to create a gradation.

Also, it is just a simple embroidery, 
but anyway, it was a time-consuming embroidery.

There are about 2,050 intersections.
If you think you can somehow do it 
with just numbers, you are mistaken!

Even if it takes 3 minutes for one
 point It would take 102 hours....

Even with such embroidery, 
there are many mistakes I have to add to this time.

I have some embroideries that I have accumulated 
in the last year I will upload them next time.

Of course, early in the New Year, 
I have a new commissioned work in progress.

金のビーズ刺繍

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

確か11月の下旬…。
ワッペンの依頼の電話がありました。
メールより直接電話の方が早いので
アトリエを知っている方は
時折電話での依頼に…。

今回のアイテムはワッペン！

アトリエに来て頂き
どんなデザインだろうと覗き込んで見たら
意外と細かいアウトライン。

金と黒の配色でビーズ刺繍がメイン。
中心のスカルは…そのまま別珍で表すことに。

実はこのデザインは
白黒のみで表されていました。
つまり凹凸感は当然なし。
しかしこちらで勝手に凹凸感を出して良いのだろうか。
悩みました。
平面でビーズを刺繍しただけでは
デザインが潰れてしまうので
やはり立体的に刺繍することに。

今回はサイズが小さく（高さ１２センチ）
特に中心のスカルの雰囲気を崩さないように
慎重に慎重に刺していきました。

シンプルに配置したビーズも入れることで
複雑な配置のビーズを目立たせて
バランスを取ることに。

竹ビーズや丸ビーズ、
スパンコール、コイルなど
素材の数は少ないが
サイズや色を微妙に複数入れて
リアルな刺繍に。

最後はワッペン状に仕上げて完成。

Late November, I believe....
I received a phone call requesting a patch.

This time, the item was a badge!

What kind of design would it be? 
I peeked in and saw a detailed outline.

It is mainly bead embroidery in gold and black colors.
The skull in the center is made of annexe.

This design was represented in black and white only.
In other words, there was no unevenness.
However, I wondered if it would be OK
to give it an uneven appearance here.
I was worried.
If I just embroidered beads on a flat surface, 
the design would be destroyed, 
so I decided to embroider it three-dimensionally.

This time, the size was small (12 cm high), 
so I carefully and deliberately stitched it
 so as not to destroy the atmosphere
of the skull in the center in particular.

I decided to balance the complicated arrangement of
 beads by adding simple beads to make them stand out.

Although the number of materials such as bamboo beads, 
round beads, sequins, and coils was small, 
multiple materials of different sizes and 
colors were subtly added to create realistic embroidery.

The final product is finished as a badge.
