白いシフォンで花の刺繍を仕上げました。
極小のベージュのビーズを刺繍し
その後柔らかなシフォンを
花びらのように縫い付けました。

ビーズは小さいので無理せず２粒ずつ
刺繍しようかと思いましたが
少し軽さを出したいために
１粒ずつ刺繍しました。

シフォンはハサミで切って
パズルのように配置し
１本採りの糸でまつり付けるだけ。

このシフォンの分量が
今回の花のデザインになります。

いい意味で適当です。

筆で花を描いているように刺繍します。

一針一針悩んでいると
硬い花になるので
レンミッコのアトリエでは
常に〝絵〟を描くように刺繍します。

White chiffon finished with flower embroidery.
I embroidered tiny beige beads 
and then sewed soft chiffon like petals.

I thought about embroidering two beads at a time
 because they are so small, 
but I decided to embroider one bead 
at a time to make it a little lighter.

The chiffon was cut with scissors 
and arranged like a puzzle, 
and then simply attached 
with a single strand of thread.

The amount of chiffon used for 
this flower design was determined 
by the amount of chiffon.

In a good sense, it is appropriate.

Embroider the flowers as 
if you are drawing them with a brush.

If you worry about each stitch, 
you will end up with a stiff flower, 
so at Lenmikko's atelier I always embroider 
as if I were drawing a "picture".

知り合いのアーティストから
刺繍で作品撮りを手伝ってほしいと連絡が。
なかなかそういう機会もないからと
楽しく参加させていただきました。

なんと、2011年に撮影したんだとか。
もう12年も前のことで驚きました。

レンミッコ が協力したのは
ドレスと傷口の刺繍

モデルの子が着用しているドレスは
いろんなレースを刺繍で表現したものです。
リュネビル刺繍もマントゥーズ刺繍も
たっぷり使ったドレスです。

展示のために作ったものだったので
このとき、初めて着用してもらい
ドレスがやっと完成した感じでした。

ここまでの白さはもうありませんが
まだ大事に保管してあります。

そして、傷口の刺繍を担当。
美しい女性の、腕と脚に傷が…
その傷を刺繍で閉じていく
というストーリーだったのです。

美しさの中にある生々しさ。
技術的にもとても興味深く
素晴らしい体験をさせてもらいました。

傷口を縫うシーンは
自然な動きになるようにと
なんと、小川が替え玉！
腕に特殊メイクをしていただくという
貴重な経験もさせてもらいました。

この作品を作り上げたアーティストは
国内外で大活躍する方たち。

一緒に何かを作るという現場の楽しさとワクワクは
やみつきになりそうです。

Artists we know contacted us
We were contacted by a group of 
artists we knewwho wanted us to help them
 photograph their work in embroidery.
It was a rare opportunity for us to 
be involved in such a project.
We were happy to participate in the project.

To my surprise, he said that he took the picture in 2011.
I was surprised to learn that it was already 12 years ago.

It was made for the exhibit.


It is no longer as white as it was before.
we still have this dress in our safekeeping.

And we also embroidered the wounds
A beautiful woman with scars on her arms and legs...
The wounds were to be closed with embroidery.
