工夫してスパンコールを付ける

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

ベージュのスパンコール。
リュネビル刺繍で付けるのはいつもの事。
でも今回は…
マントゥーズ刺繍でスパンコールを
ニット風になるよう刺繍。

そこで少し工夫をすることに。
それは刺し方。
ただスパンコールの穴に掛けるのではなく
スパンコールが遊ぶよう１枚付けるたびに
撚りを掛けて縫い付けてます。
その為、
裏面の糸の厚みがチグハグになってしまいましたが
これは仕方ない…。

また、それと糸も太番手の糸を使用。
そうする事でスパンコールが少し浮いて
よりニットの感じが出ました。

ちょっとした工夫で
見え方が全く違った刺繍の出来上がりです。
（画像、映像は完全状態ではありません…）

それからアクセントでチェーンも刺繍。

まだ、作り途中ですが
空き時間に少しずつ進めていきます…。

Beige sequins.
I always attach them with Luneville embroidery.
This time, 
I embroidered the sequins 
with Mantouze embroidery to make it look like a knit.

Then, I decided to make a little twist.
It is the way of stitching.
Instead of just hanging the sequins in the holes,
 I twisted and stitched each sequin
so that the sequins would play with each other.
This made the thickness of the thread
on the back side of the embroidery
a little uneven, but that can't be helped....

Also, I used a thicker count thread.
This made the sequins float a little and
the sequins floated a bit, 
giving it more of a knit feel.

With a little ingenuity The embroidery
looks completely different from the original.
(The images and video are not in perfect condition...)

And I also embroidered a chain as an accent.

I am still in the process of making it. 
I will continue to work on it little
by little in my free time....
